Dear AYCA, As I am sure that you're aware, Frogger is one of the best arcade games of all time. Lately I picked up a coin operated Frogger match from a pizza joint and would love to move the match. Since you offer free shipping and allow your clients change their matches every month, I knew you would be an expert online arcade logistics. The issue is that I have the high score and don't wish to detach it. Is there a way to maneuver the game without sacrificing my position as the greatest toad of all time? Believe it or not, this question led to the development of the pop up arcade game. The fantastic thing is you can actually move a match with the energy on. You simply need a self contained way to power it.
When we first tried this, we could run Frogger for about 6 hours before the game started to reset on us, so you could probably get it across town. When we hooked up another match to our unit in precisely the same time, it only made it 45 minutes prior to crashing, so the quantity of ampage drawn will increase or reduce the result dramatically.
In order to run our outside popup arcade with 7 games in it, we use a mixture of digital arcades and non-electronic ones, powered by a generator. The generator won't play nice with every monitor, therefore it limits which games can be contained. Due to our large selection, we've been able to put together an wonderful compilation of names.
The bad news is that there does not appear to be a way of connecting a self contained power unit like the one which we created to a game that's currently electrified without interrupting the present. It'd be interesting to hear from those with an electric background on thoughts , but without being able to transfer from one power source to another, I don't think it's going to be possible to save your score.
